MILA Enhanced Through the FTI/0325 Fast Track Innovation Project

Goldman Solutions & Services is proud to announce the successful enhancement of MILA, our Generative & Agentic AI platform, through the FTI/0325 project.


MILA has been designed to help organisations automate customer engagement, improve service quality, and adopt AI in a practical, secure, and business-focused way. The platform enables businesses and organisations to use intelligent virtual agents that can understand user queries, interact through multiple communication channels, and support users with relevant information based on enterprise knowledge.


Through the FTI/0325 project, MILA has been enhanced with scalable, multilingual, and agentic AI capabilities. The platform now supports enterprise knowledge, multiple communication channels, business system integrations, and analytics for continuous improvement.


These enhancements strengthen MILA’s ability to support organisations that want to introduce AI into their operations in a controlled, measurable, and value-driven way. Rather than treating AI as an experimental tool, MILA focuses on practical business adoption, helping organisations reduce workload, improve response times, and deliver more consistent digital experiences to their users.


A key part of the project was the evolution of MILA into a more adaptable platform that can serve different organisational needs. This includes support for multilingual communication, integration with existing systems, structured knowledge management, and monitoring tools that allow organisations to better understand user interactions and service performance.


For organisations in Cyprus and beyond, MILA provides a practical path toward AI adoption by combining innovation with real operational use cases. The platform is built to support customer service, internal support, information access, and other scenarios where intelligent automation can create measurable value.


The successful enhancement of MILA reflects Goldman Solutions & Services’ continued commitment to applied innovation, digital transformation, and the development of AI solutions that can be used effectively by businesses, public organisations, and service-driven teams.


The project (FTI/0325) was funded by the Research and Innovation Foundation, under the «FAST TRACK INNOVATION» Programme and through the Recovery and Resilience Facility of the NextGenerationEU instrument.
